PETERKA & PARTNERS operates in Central and Eastern Europe through eight fully-owned subsidiaries, namely in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Croatia. In Romania, PETERKA & PARTNERS provides legal services through its office which was established in 2010, in Bucharest. The Romanian office has the full capacity to assist clients with regard to cross-border transactions and transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.

The team based in Bucharest is composed of highly specialized lawyers who are registered with the Romanian Bar Association and are fluent in English, while part of the Romanian team may assist clients in French as well. Our Romanian experienced lawyers have extensive knowledge of Romanian law and industry insights, and provides clients with complex legal services, from day-to-day agendas to sophisticated transactions.
